We seek long term and short term loving homes where our "special" cats can live a happy and healthy life. For this reason we must ask you to answer the following questions which will enable us to determine the best foster home and circumstances for the cat(s) you are interested in fostering. No foster application will be processed until a verifiable reference is received from a veterinarian, cat professional or other animal organization and a personal reference.

I understand that I must complete the application procedure and have my home approved before being allowed to foster any cat from the Sapphire Cats.  I understand that I may not be able to foster the cat I want for various reasons that will be made known to me.

 By signing this application, I agree that I have read and understand the fostering policies of the Sapphire Cats. I also agree not to hold the Sapphire Cats liable in the event of injury, death, or damage to any human, animal, or property as a result of activities or actions of the cat(s) I foster. I also understand that I am responsible for daily care of the cat(s) I foster. Sapphire Cats will be responsible for vet care of the cat(s) unless injury to the cat is caused by my neglect or actions.
