WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF MONIES FOR OUR OUT RAGEOUS VET BILL. PLEASE DONATE SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO SAVE ANIMALS IN OUR AREA.

The Clay County Humane Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We have a small network of outdoor foster areas dedicated to saving the lives of abandoned, stray and unwanted animals in Clay County, WV. We have NO facility to house our animals (we are always accepting donations to help build one in the future), so our animals are housed outdoors.
We also offer a low cost Spay/Neuter program to our counties residents. If you are a citizen of Clay County and would be interested in this program, forms are located in the County Clerks office (in the court house), Cunningham Motors and Bob's Muffler Shop. The prices are $45 for a female dog, $35 for a male dog $40 for a female cat and $30 for a male cat. Payment plans can be arranged upon request. Arrangements with transporting animals to vet's office can be made by calling the Clay County Clerk's Office.
