DARLA: Darla is a beautiful Tortie female, up to date on vaccines, spayed and FELV/FIV negative. Darla is a wonderful and loving cat. She wants nothing more than for you to love on her all day long. Given time to adjust she would be a perfect lap cat.

These beds are wonderful for our Senior Cats and litters of kittens as well as our small dogs and puppies.
We would like to thank WalMart in Blackstone, VA for donating their damaged pet food and related items. Without these donations, we would truly be lost. We at Critter Care pick up these items, use what we can (mostly cat related items) and the rest is delivered to the Southside SPCA in Meherrin, VA. Who We AreCritter Care Rescue is a small/private rescue located in Blackstone, VA. Critter Care was organized around 1998 to help our furry friends who can not help themselves. As of June 2007, we are no longer accepting owner surrender animals and will be concentrating on finding great homes for the many animals we already have in our shelter. UPDATE---AS OF DECEMBER 2007, WE ARE NOT TAKING IN ANY MORE ANIMALS AT ALL. We are concentrating on finding homes for those left in our shelter and helping other area shelters any way we can.
