Right now we are working with two southern tracks that constantly have over 300 hounds looking for there forever homes. We ask that you look into your heart, and see if you have room for one of these loving hounds, It would not only make a difference in there lives but in yours as well.. ...News
We hold meet an greets at the Petsmarts on Midlothain and Libbie Ave. once a month. We incourage you to come out and visit with the hounds and see how loving they can really be. Also once a month as long as weather permits, we walk around Stony Point Fashion Park. Also check our calendar for events in the Tidewater area as well.

Who We Are
Greyt Adventures Greyhound Adoptions(tm), Inc. & GPA/Richmond Chapter have combined forces and are now working together and are dedicated to helping save Greyhounds after they are discarded from racing... Working with various track contacts we hope we can help retired racing greyhounds find loving and wonderful forever homes, Just like yours!! Some of our dogs are fostered in homes until they are placed in their new homes which allows us to see their personalities and allows you to visit with a dog in a home setting.
Adopting a friend
We try to make the adoption process a fun and easy one for you. Education is a big part of our group and process. If you don't know a lot about Greyhounds, thats ok.. You can always learn. We look for ways to say "YES" instead of always saying "NO" to adoption. Greyhounds are wonderful pets that love attention and a nice soft spot to lay down. They are great with most children and most that we get are even small animal safe.
Check back often as our list of dogs changes as we adopt and get more dogs in. We can even special order a dog for you. Just give us a call!!
