New Beginnings for Hope
Hope is an 8 week old chihuahua puppy who is living life just like any other puppy except for one major difference. She was born without front legs. Hope and her mother were found dumped in the "night deposit" drop-off cages at the city shelter. . The shelter director wants these babies to have a second chance. New Beginnings's rescued these chihuahuas after being available for adoption at the shelter. Hope's mother also has front leg deformities but she is able to walk without any aide. Hope can only get around by hopping and bouncing around on her chest. The task of caring for her will take a lot of time and money. Future plans are to purchase a specially designed wheelchair for her when she is full grown. For now, she will be in rehab which will strengthen her back legs. Dosie is a 7 year old kelpie/heeler mix. She is a lovely girl looking for a home. She is cratetrained and an excellent watch dog.

Who We Are
The founder of New Beginnings Animal Rescue (NewBAR) has been rescuing dogs for over 10 years. NewBAR rescues all domestic animals from sheep to cats to horses at Animal Ranch Resort, which is owned by the founders of NEWBar. Animal Ranch Resort provides boarding for foster dogs as well as boarding, grooming and training for the public. Most of the dear pets come from the city pound on their last day, giving them another chance on a new beginning in a new home.
