Our Mission
We are the City of Farmers Branch Animal Services Division. We are charged with protecting our citizens from animal related injuries and diseases and caring for stray and unwanted pets from across the city. A major part of caring for these animals involves finding them new homes. Please help us with our mission: If you are able to adopt an animal, please come and see us.
Adopting a friend
We would love for you to find your new friend at the Farmers Branch Animal Shelter. Our adoption fee is only $80 and includes a microchip, vaccines and a complimentary veterinary health check from a participating clinic. All animal's over 6 months of age will be sterilized and given Rabies Vaccinations. If under 6 months of age $100 deposit will be needed until proof of sterilization is provided.

We are located at 13335 Senlac. This is just 1/2 mile west of I-35E and 1/4 mile north of Valley View in Farmers Branch. We are open Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Our phone number is (972) 919-8770.
