NEW DANES! NEW DANES! Go look at the newest Danes to enter into Rescue!!!!!!!! We have a Dane explosion happening in the D/FW area. Animal Shelters and owners are calling to surrender their danes and we don't have enough foster homes. If you think you might like to become a Great Dane Angel foster home, please email or call one of the volunteers and ask how you can help!
We reserve the right to refuse to adopt any Dane for any reason

We have an application process and one of these volunteers can fax or mail one to you! Our adoption donation is $300.00. This helps cover the cost of spay/neuter, shots, and any medical treatments the Dane may require while in our foster homes. The fee is occasionaly reduced for mixed breed dogs that we sometimes get.
Important! The pictures and stories are merely a guildline to familiarize you with the Danes. We will make every effort to match you and your family with a Dane, however, we can not "hold" a Dane for anyone.

Who We Are
We are an all volunteer, Non-Profit organization dedicated to provinding medical attention and foster care while seeking permanant homes for Great Danes in the Ft.Worth/Dallas/Denton area. We have applied for our 501(C)3 status. Our Mission is to rescue Great Danes from abuse, neglect and abandonment. To provide medical care and individual rehabilitation through our experienced and loving foster home program. To provide each rescued Dane with a qualified, caring new home that will ensure a quality of life each Dane has deserved from the day it was born. We have been rescueing Great Danes in this area for four years and we take pride in the collective love, concern and dedication for the throw-away Danes here. It is our mission to continue to hear the voices of the less fortunate Danes, and to provide them safety, protection and their birthright of a quality of life with love and dignity.

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTH CENTRAL AREA OF TEXAS! There are few exceptions to this rule! We do NOT adopt to out-of-state homes as we can not do home checks and follow ups from such a distance. If you are out-of-state we will be happy to refer you to a Great Dane Rescue in your area.
