Who We Are

People Promoting Animal Welfare (PPAW) is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the numbers of unwanted dogs, cats, kittens and puppies in East Tennessee. Only through spaying and neutering all household pets can this be achieved. However, for many people, the cost of sterilizing pets is prohibitive. The mission of PPAW Spay/Neuter Clinic is to make spays and neuters AFFORDABLE to everyone.
