Our Featured Pet...
We have many poms and chihuahuas that need homes. All have special stories to accompany them. All have been spayed or neutered, microchipped and received their rabies shot update. All are ready for that special home for them. We keep them until we know them well enough to be able to speak for them in their needs and desires of a home life. We love each and every one that passes through our doors, and want the very best for them. Please forgive us if we seem picky, but we are working for our poms and chihuahuas and are their voice in getting what they need and want.
News
We will take in any Pom, Pom mix, Chihuahua and Chihuahua mix, that needs to be given away. We don't care what the problems the Pom, Pom mix or Chihuahua or Chihuahua mix has, we will accept that kiddo anyway.
Who We Are
We are a home based shelter where we allow the rescues to live in the house with us while we ascertain their needs and rehabilitation. We welcome any donations that you care to give. We take in Poms and Chihuahuas that need to be given away. We keep them with us until we find that perfect home for them, regardless of the amount of time they are here. They all are warmly loved and appreciated.
Adopting a friend
We ask that you email us with your name, address and telephone number. We will then send you an application for adoption. We ask that you fill out an adoption application and mail it back to us, following all the requests fully. We will go over the application, and call you back with our decision within five days. We will then set an appointment with you for a home visit to be done. All the people living in the home with the adoptee are requested to be at the first meeting.

When a pom comes in that matches what you are wanting for a pet, we will contact you and set up an appointment for you to come view what we have in rescues at that time. We do not ship out our rescues. Prospective adoptors are required to live within a four hour radius of Portland, OR and meet and greet the prospective adoptee in person. We will do no third party adoptions.
