Our Pet List

Click here to see our Happy Tails! We have started some new programs this year to help decrease our euthanasia rate. Please spay and neuter your pets. If you need financial assistance, contact us.

Who We Are

The WCSPCA is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization providing pet adoption. We also have contracts with three municipalities in Washington County to accept and house all stray or unwanted pets. We took in nearly 3,000 animals in 2006. One of our major goals is to decrease the number of animals coming into the shelter by increasing our spay/neuter assistance programs. If we can prevent unwanted litters from being born, we can substantially reduce the number of animals that are euthanized. If you are interested in helping us reach this goal, please call 918-336-1577 for more information. Visit our website at http://www.wcspca.org

Adopting a friend

Our adoption fee is $75-$350 for dogs and $55-$100 for cats, based on demand. This covers the spay or neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, other vaccinations and worming while at the shelter, heartworm or feline leuk/FIV test, heartworm preventive, flea and tick treatment, earmite treatment for cats, temperament assessment, collar and leash for dogs, carrier for cats, a bag of Science Diet food, and a goody bag with toys and pet care information.
