Who We Are
We are an independent rescue organization founded approximately 8years ago. Our beloved pet, a small yellow lab mix vanished from our farm one January day. I made the promise and commitment to "Stormy" that I would carry on his memory through rescue. Through this effort, many, many homeless dogs have been saved. We operate entirely on the small adoption fee we charge and donations. We have a small senior/special needs sanctuary here on our farm. We take in dogs that are blind, deaf, h/w positive and otherwise deemed unadoptable.

The following questions are to determine suitability of the dog for your particular family. Some may not be suitable for small children, whereas some are wonderful with children. Some may need to be placed where there are no other family dogs and others do best with canine friends.
Rescue dogs and puppies come from many places. Some are left on the side of the road, others are turned into the dog pound and then there is the problem with back yard breeders. All of the dogs on my site fall into one of these categories. Because of people like you, we can save a life, one dog at a time. Thank you for taking the time to complete this adoption application.

Come Visit Us!
We are located on a 65 acre farm in rural Adams County, Ohio. Most of the dogs that are here for adoption have made the rounds on the farm and are familiar with many other animals. As time permits we try to work with each dog and develop basic obedience skills.
