We have Great Danes, Saint Bernards, Other Breeds & Mixes waiting for new homes. To date we have adopted over 1200 Great Danes, and other dogs. We are no longer taking in Saint Bernards.

We need your help in finding good homes for these loving and deserving dogs. We are a Non Profit organization (all donations are tax deducible) we do not receive any financial support. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested, on heartworm preventive, have all shots except rabies, receive medical treatment as needed, and have been temperament tested.

Please read!! We try to be practical, but we can't look into the eyes of a suffering dog and say, "Sorry! We can't afford to help you." Can you? We need your help if we are going to live up to the name "Rescue." The Rescue spent over $20,000 in 2007 on medical bills alone. Neglected, abused dogs suffering from malnutrition and an other untreated medical issues. Add to that heartworm positive dogs coming into the Rescue. Heartworm Disease requires very expensive medication and careful convalescent care.

Please dig deep in your heart and pocket to help the many deserving dogs.

Who we are

We are a non profit organization formed in 1992 to save Great Danes and to find them new homes.

Adopting a friend

Adoption fee for all purebreds is $250 for 6 months and under, $200 for 7 months to 4 years of age and $100 for 4 years and up, mixes are $140 for under 6 months and $100 for 6 months and up. To adopt we have an application, interview as well as a 1 to 2 week waiting period. A fenced yard is required for all adoptions, invisible fence is NOT Acceptable. Our adoption area is Ohio, Northern KY, and a small portion of Eastern IN. Sorry NO exceptions!
