Schuyler County Animal Shelter
Who We Are
As of June 1, 2008, Management responsibilities for the Schuyler County Animal Shelter were transferred to the Friends of Schuyler County Animal Shelter. They are a certified 501 C(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the dogs at the shelter. Because of this transfer, this site will no longer be recognized as the site for the shelter. The Friends of Schuyler County Animal Shelter will have their own site to advertise animals available for adoption.

Come Visit Us!
From the north, you will come south on Route 14. When you enter Watkins Glen, you will turn right at the first light (4th street). From there, you can follow the "Dog Shelter" signs to the shelter, which is approximately 3 1/2 miles away.
From the south, you will come north on Route 14. After you are in Watkins Glen, you will turn left at 4th street. From there you can follow the "Dog Shelter" signs to the shelter, which is approximately 3 1/2 miles away.
