Who We Are
New York City Siamese Rescue is a small group of volunteers who find homes for orphaned and abandoned Siamese Pointed and Snowshoe cats and related breeds, such
as Tonkinese, Balinese, Birman, Ragdolls, and Himalayans.

Siamese cats are a very unique and challenging breed. They are highly intelligent
and affectionate, but can be demanding in terms of their need for human attention
and entertainment. If left to their own devices, they can be rather creative in
their amusements, perhaps to their owners' distress! If you have never owned a
Siamese cat before, we recommend that you read about the breed. Here is one

We board our Siamese cats and kittens in private foster homes to show them by
appointment. Once you've completed your application and it's been processed,
please make an appointment to see our wonderful felines!
