Lilly was just surrendered to the shelter because her owner could not care for her. She is the sweetest girl, after all that she has been through. Lilly had a broken leg at one time, which was never tended too, which caused her to carry it up and since then the wrist, elbow and shoulder have all fused together. The only thing that will need to be taken care of is having the nails trimmed good. Please come in and meet her,she'll be really happy to see you. ALL ANIMALS ADOPTED FROM OUR SHELTER ARE UP TO DATE ON SHOTS, GO HOME WITH A STARTER KIT PROVIDED BY VOLUNTEERS. OUR ADOPTION FEE IS $25.00 FOR CATS AND $50.00 FOR DOGS. ANY PET ADOPTED FROM THE SHELTER WILL BE ISSUED A SPAY/NEUTER CERTIFICATE TO HAVE THE PET ALTERED AT A PARTICIPATING VET FOR $20.00. ALSO THERE WILL BE NO PRE -ADOPTIONS OR RESERVING OF ANY ANIMAL. ADOPTIONS OF ANY ANIMAL IS DONE AT THAT TIME ONLY AND NO EXCEPTIONS.

We have several animals available for adoption. Why not come in and meet our pets. Donations that we could always use are bleach/laundry detergent/dish detergents, lysol sprays, paper towels, cat/dog toys, treats, and collars and leashes.

Who We Are

We are the Parsippany Troy-Hills Animal Control Division. We serve the township's residents in regards to domestic animals and wildlife. Our division consists of three full time employees who are able to assist the residents on a 24 hour basis 365 days a year.

Adopting a friend

We have a selection of dogs, cats, and kittens, that are looking for a permanent home. Come on in and see if we have your companion waiting for you!!! Our adoption fees for our companions are as follows: Dogs $50.00 Cats $25.00 Donations that the shelter can always use are: bleach/laundry detergent/dish detergents, lysol sprays, paper towels, cat/dog toys, treats, collars and leashes, dog/cat canned food

Come Visit Us!

At this time we would like to invite you to come and visit the shelter. Our hours for adoption are: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 12:00pm. We can always arrange an appointment during weekdays. The shelter is closed to the public on holidays.
