2009 ATTRACTION & DINING GUIDE Love to go out & eat? Love to shop? We have the solution for you! "4 Paws" is selling the 2009 Attraction & Dining Guide for your pleasure & enjoyment! The book is only $25 with over $2,000 in coupons including buy one, get one free deals. The book can be used now & does not expire until the end of 2009! Numerous restaurants are including as well as sporting good stores & some entertainment spots too! Call 778-0582 to purchase your book & to "seal the deal", we will deliver it to you!
Adoption Feature...
Do you like to play with kitties, give treats, and take care of cats & kittens? Do you have one hour every 2 weeks? If so, we need you! Volunteers needed to assist in the Petsmart Luv-A-Pet Adoption Center. The work is easy and the pay is a big purr from the resident cats! Call 778-0582 for more information.
We currently have lots of cats & kittens available for adoption - long hair to short hair, old and young! Please check our pet listing - it is updated on a weekly basis. If you can't adopt right now but would like to make a donation - please send it to: "4 Paws Pet Foundation" at P. O. Box 58 in Clemmons, NC 27012. All donations go directly to medical expenses/food supplies for abandoned & stray animals.
Spay/Neuter Assistance
A low cost spay/neuter clinic is located on Wendover Avenue in Greensboro (near the I-40/Wendover intersection) at 336-299-3999 & also another clinic is located at West Mountain Street off Business I-40 at the Linville Road exit at 723-7550.
If you have feral (wild) cats that need spay/neuter, please contact Forgotten Felines at www.ForgottenFelinesOfForsyth.org or Feral Cat Assistance Program at 378-0878. "4 Paws" can also assist you.
For financial assistance, if you are a Forsyth County resident, please call the Forsyth Humane Society at 721-1303 or for other county's call your local county's humane society or call 4 Paws for more information.
Placement Information
Our placement services have changed. We are currently not accepting any additional foster animals. However, please call us at 778-0582 for other good adoption options. We are happy to help you adopt foster animals through our weekly adoption fairs at Petsmart on Hanes Mall Blvd. Please call 778-0582 for more information & scheduling.
Dogs - Due to lack of foster space, we unfortunately are no longer accepting dogs into foster care. Please contact the Forsyth Humane Society at 721-1303, your local county humane society, AARF at 768-PETS or check out other rescue organizations on www.Petfinder.com using your zip code to locate those in your area.
Come Visit Us!
We hold Saturday adoption fairs from 11:00am until 3:00pm at Petsmart on Hanes Mall Blvd. in Winston-Salem. Some of our kitties are residing in Petsmart's Luv-A-Pet Adoption Center and are available to see 7 days a week. We do rotate the cats in the adoption center so if you saw a kitty last week and it is not there this week, please call to find out the status. The kitty may still be waiting on you! In addition, we are available by appointment on weekday evenings.
