We are now capable of taking Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for adoptions, deposits, or to simply make a donations or to sponsor a pet. It is tax deductible when making donations or sponsoring a pet.
We are in need of good, clean, responsible, Foster Homes for some pregnant cats & dogs that come in to us.
We could also use help with exercising and training the dogs. If a nice Girlscout or 4-H group would volunteer to help the dogs, it would be greatly appreciated. As the dogs would be more 'adoptable'.
Call (406) 896-1700, if you can help with fostering or training.
HHP is a private, non-profit, no-kill agency operating from donations and volunteer help; dedicated to finding homes for misplaced or homeless pets. HHP pets are kept in foster homes as well as a private kennel. Our limit is 85 cats and 50-60 kittens, 12 adult dogs and 20-30 puppies. Pets are placed through internet requests and open adoptions at our kennel.
Sorry we cannot accept drop-offs. All pets must be scheduled, or pre-approved, for the safety of other pets in our care. We must also have kennel, or temporary care, space available. We must have some information of the pets we accept. And, if the pet was found we must know that every effort was made to find the owner, and yet has not been claimed. All drop offs will be considered strays and will have to be taken to the Billings Animal Shelter.
