Who We Are

Sanctuary House is part of Ascension Hermitage and Sanctuary. We are licensed for wild animal rescue/rehabilitation, but have some domestic animals who live here as well. We do not adopt out any animals. We work closely with other shelters and county animal control facitlities to help with appropriate placement for their animals. If you would like to visit Sanctuary House, please call ahead to make an appointment. Because we are a religious hermitage as well as home for wild and domestic animals, we do not permit unscheduled visits.
