Who We Are


TAILS OF HOPE CANNOT ACCEPT ANIMALS FROM THE PUBLIC...WE TAKE ANIMALS FROM SHELTERS ONLY!!!!!!

Tails of Hope Sanctuary is an organization which rescues shelter animals who are in trouble. These animals may simply have run out of time at shelters, or have correctable health needs which we address before they become available for adoption. Either way, we provide a safe place for them while they await a permanent home, and we free up much-needed space at the shelter.

WE DO NOT HAVE A FACILITY AT THIS TIME - Our rescued animals are all placed into foster homes or temporary kennels until they are adopted. We are in the process of raising funds to purchase land so that TAILS OF HOPE can have a place to call HOME!!!! Tails of Hope Sanctuary has obtained a block of orchestra seats for the Friday, Dec 19, 2008 (8:00 pm) performance of the pre Broadway production of West Side Story. BUDDY

Buddy is a friendly, nice boy who is hoping to find a home where he will be loved for who he is...a great guy who is excellent with other dogs and cats but has not spent a lot of time with kids and really doesn't understand them. He will do best in an adult home. He is housebroken and must be crated when left alone -- he NEEDS to be near his people...in a home where people are home a lot would be ideal or where Buddy can be with his new person/family! He is gentle and not demanding but still playful. He is an excellent buddy!!!

Donate a BedWe have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. If you would like to donate a bed so another dog can sleep in proper comfort, please click here.
