Relinquishing Dogs to Rescue
Our rescue is available to any individuals that can no longer keep their Bostons, Animal Shelters that get in Bostons and any others in need of rescue placement for this breed. Please contact our rescue by phone at ...(information in the process of changing - please check back).
Who We Are
The Minuteman Boston Terrier Club Rescue Service reaches out through it's rescue program to any Boston that is in need. If a dog should become abandoned, unwanted or for whatever reason is in need of a new home, our rescue steps in to help. MBTC Rescue works with the animal shelters, vet clinics, or simply any one giving up a Boston Terrier. We pick up the dogs, provide home foster care and get them back on their feet physically and mentally. The dogs temperaments are evaluated, they are groomed, taken to the vet for a health check, vaccinated and given medical treatment as needed. Then some basic training is started and when ready they are put up for adoption.
Adopting a Friend
We are a smaller rescue providing a lot of one to one and special care to our dogs. Extra effort is put into ensuring successful, happy placements with careful matches and future support and assistance to new adopters. The first step for someone interested in adopting is the completion of an application. Please go to our website: www.minuteman-bt.org for an application. All applicants will be screened for the best match for each individual dog. A donation is requested at the time of adoption to cover rescue expenses.
