Who We Are
To prevent the cruelty, mistreatment and abuse of animals; to provide temporary shelter to unwanted, stray, and homeless animals; to educate the public about animal needs and provide information or services to the community about animals.

Our meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30. Please join us at the Church of the Ascension (Episcopal), West High across from the Court House, Mt. Sterling.
Membership dues are $10.00 for a person or $20.00 for a family. A lifetime membership can be purchased for $100.00.
Adopting a friend
Please email us for an application! Your inquiries are appreciated and always answered in a timely fashion. Many of our animals are in foster care. We will be happy to find out the anwers to your questions regarding a particular animal. Remember: all of our animals are rescues (sometimes literally right off the street) or surrenders (given up by their owners). All are in need of loving homes. We try and do things right by socializing our animals and providing them with all the medical treatment they need. Help save a life, always adopt from a humane society, shelter or rescue gourp!
