PETSMART - HYDE PARK/OAKLEY (CINCINNATI) - MOST SUNDAYS BETWEEN HALLOWEEN AND CHRISTMAS WE WILL BE AT THE PETSMART IN CINCINNATI FROM 11AM - 6 PM. Email rescuemefromgrantcounty@yahoo.com to find out whether we will be there on a particular Sunday and which dogs we will be bringing with us!
HOLIDAY WISH TREE - WE WILL BE SETTING UP HOLIDAY WISH TREES TO COLLECT NEEDED ITEMS FOR THE SHELTER'S DOGS AND CATS DURING THE HOLIDAYS. Please email rescuemefromgrantcounty@yahoo.com for details.
Who We Are
The Grant County Animal Shelter takes abandoned, abused, stray, and otherwise unwanted dogs and cats and attempts to place them in loving forever homes. We rely increasingly on rescues and volunteers to avoid having to euthanize our dogs and cats. If you would like to rescue a dog or cat to adopt or maybe just foster one until it finds its forever home, please call the shelter.
Supplies such as BLEACH, BLEACH, BLEACH, as well as toys, treats, leashes and collars, shampoo, and medications are always needed.
To donate money or supplies to the shelter, please contact the shelter. Donations are tax-deductible.

Ask about our low cost spay/neuter program offered monthly through the shelter and the SNIP and Woodstock Programs.

The shelter is open Mondays until 7:30 pm; Tuesday - Friday: 9am - 5 pm.
Saturdays - 9am - 2 pm. Closed Sundays.
