WHAT ARE BASSET HOUNDS
Bassets are wonderful dogs with great personalities and character literally coming
out of their ears! They make super family pets, because they are usually great with
children and other animals! They are truly wonderful animals that deserve to
be doted on, loved, and spoiled. We are often asked why bassets need a rescue, but the
truth is that they are neglected and abused like any other animal. We are here to
save them, nurture them, and make sure that they find a loving home where they will
never again know fear or pain, hunger or cold.
