To get to the Humane Society take Highway 8 (Troy Highway) East. You will come to a stop light located at Blaine and Highway 8. There is a Ford dealership on your left, take a left at that light. Go to the next stop sign on the corner of Blaine and White Ave, take a right. Go straight through the stop sign at White and Mountain View. We are located pass the apartments, the driveway on the right before the bus barn. There is large white and green sign at the end of our drive.
We have all our animals spayed or neutered before they leave the facility. Kittens are "fixed" when they reach two pounds and puppies are done when they are at least 8 weeks of age. All adult dogs and cats are done either when they arrive, if an owner surrendered animal, or after the 10 day waiting period. Our biggest goal is to stop the overpopulation of "unwanted" animals and educate the public on the benefits of spaying and neutering their animals.
