What's new?? Manners 4 Mutts?? Well, it's a MUST! Adopt a dog from us and you will receive a FREE Manners for Mutts training class for you and your new pet! What a great way to start off your relationship with your new best friend! Great for beginners, puppies, or even the adult dog that already knows his 'stuff', as a refresher course. Give us a call, or better yet, stop in today to schedule your dog if you have already adopted! We are excited about our off-site dog walking program. Approved volunteers will be allowed to take certain dogs off-site for window shopping downtown, a cruise through Petco, or a nice walk along the levee! Who We Are
We are a humane society dedicated to the welfare of animals. Our shelter veterinarian alters, vaccinates, deworms (and loves) every pet that comes to us. We are committed to keep every healthy non-aggressive pet in our care until we find good adoptive homes and foster homes. We offer community education and training to help solve pet problems and issues.
LCAS is PROUD to offer low cost spay/neuter to the residents of our valley and surrounding area. Support the shelter AND do your pet a favor by getting them altered! It's a win-win situation!! Your dollars will help stop the LITTERING.
Adopting a friend
Come visit our pets. Bring your children, your current pets and anyone else that is important to your adoption process. We have a simulated living room you can take an adoption prospect to or a fenced area outside to play off-leash.
