News
We are still looking for a building or a building site. We would like to build a shelter to house the animals in that we help. We need donations and funding to help with our plans. It would be a good thing to have in Herny County. To may Strays that come in to the pound get put to sleep because 5 days is not enough time for them to find a new home. Who We Are
Henry County Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization that is run by volunteers. We rescue abandoned and lost animals and place them in foster care and permanent homes. We educate the public on the importance of spaying/neutering and provide coupons toward spaying/neutering.
Our future dream is to build and operate an animal shelter for the areas homeless and lost pets that are facing euthanasia.
Adopting a friend
To adopt one of our pets you are required to fill out an adoption agreement and make a donation to our shelter fund.
Come Visit Us!
We are not a shelter. We are a network of foster homes. Arrangements can be made for you to visit the animal at their foster home.
