Pet of the Month
We have many cute kittens that are black, white, grey and a mix of colors.
They are 5 to 12 weeks old. They have had their first vaccinations and have been wormed. All our animals have been held and played with and need good indoor homes.

The Greenbelt Humane Society is now open and full of pets waiting for adoption. We are now state licensed for animals under 30 lbs.
We have small dogs and cats most of the time. Our small dogs and puppies go fast. We have kittens of all ages and sizes.

Who We Are
The Greenbelt Humane Society's purpose is the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering amoung animals, and the extention of humane education.
Our policy is to provide humane care and treatment for all domestic animals needing protection in the Greenbelt Area{Hardin County}; to seek to return lost animals to their owners; to seek suitable homes for animals without owners; to provide euthanasia when necessary.

Adopting a friend
Our adoption prices are $50.00 for cats and kittens. and $100.00 for dogs and puppies. You will receive a $20-$25.00 certificate for a spay or neuter. Animals are current on vaccinations and worming. They are held everyday by our volunteers and tested with other cats, dogs and kids.
We do not euthanize animals unless they are mean or very sick. Your help is needed in finding these wonderful animals homes.
