Please spread the word to spay/neuter and adopt instead of purchasing from pet stores or irresponsible breeders. It is the only way we will ever get ahead of the over-population problem. Also remember that having a well behaved pet takes time and training. Thousands of dogs are turned in to shelters every year because of "behavioral problems". About Us
Canine Oasis is not a shelter. I am an individual who has worked at a shelter and saw the need for additional help saving the abundance of wonderful dogs and cats that are unwanted by their original owners. All of my foster pets live at my home as part of the family until placed in a permanent home. I am state licensed, and work together with other small rescue groups to find homes for as many pets as possible. All expenses are paid from my own income, so donations (monetary/supplies) are always greatly appreciated. Call or email if you would like to help.

Adopting a friend
Potential adopters are asked many questions and may be asked to complete an adoption application. A home visit is usually required as well as reference from your current vet. There is also an adoption fee which helps us with vet expenses and food. Our number one goal is to find a permanant, loving home who wants a family member, not just a pet.
