We have many featured pets.......all of the foster parents have many dogs and cats that need loving homes. How can we pick one out of many to be special at any given time....we think they are all special or we would not have rescued them.

If you are looking for a particular breed, size or color, let us know! When we see that someone special in the pound, we will pull them just for you! If you are interested in fostering pound pups or kittens, contact us!!!! If you would like to help but cannot adopt a pet, we graciously accept cash, food and supply donations. All donations are tax deductible!

Who We Are

Pound Puppies and Kittens, Incorporated is devoted to dog and cat rescue. We work with local animal control (Walton, Rockdale and Newton counties), provide animals with veterinary care, sterilization surgery, vaccinations and lots of love! Cats and dogs in foster care live in our homes until adopted! Adopting a friend

Our animals are available for adoption at petSmart locations in Lilburn and Conyers Saturdays (12-4) and Sundays (11-5 at Lilburn and 1-5 at Conyers). Our adoption fee for dogs is $100.00. Pure breds and larger breeds (e.g great danes, pitbulls, great pyrenees) have higher fees. The adoption fee covers a physical exam, spay/neuter, heartworm tests (and treatment when needed), heartworm and flea preventative, deworming medications, DHLPP and Rabies vaccinations and spay/neuter surgery. Cat adoptions fees are $85.00 and include FVRCP and rabies vaccinations, deworming medications, flea preventative and spay/neuter surgery. Our fees cover the minimum--food, vaccines and surgery.
