Who We Are
Gateway Pet Rescue, Inc. is a no-kill, non-profit rescue and adoption organization. We believe animals deserve and should be given a decent life. Gateway is dependent on an all-volunteer staff and operates by a network of foster homes which provide food, shelter, love and medical care to what would otherwise be homeless animals. Starting in September 1998, we have placed over 2,000 pets in loving homes. We have reasonable adoption fees which include spay/neuter. Each animal is current on necessary shots for their age. Our only financial resources are from donations, memberships and fund raisers. We depend on YOU -- the people who care about an animal's welfare. These animals need your support. Since our adoption fees don't cover most expenses we have invested in our pets, any and all donations are appreciated. A donation to Gateway Pet Rescue is tax-deductible.
