Yorkie Friends Rescue believes that all Yorkshire Terriers and Yorkie mixes, like all dogs, deserve loving and caring homes and the medical care necessary to ensure the best possible quality of life. If you are interested in becoming a member of Yorkie Friends Rescue, go to our website and complete a membership application. So many opportunities exist for helping these sweet dogs as a member of rescue. Even if you cannot foster dogs in your home, there are many things you can do to help. You will enjoy the great satisfaction of making a difference in our world by changing the futures of the animals whose lives you touch, and by assisting in the education of the public about how they can also help to end the suffering of so many of the animals in our contry.
Who We Are
Yorkie Friends Rescue was founded in March 2005. We have members in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. We save Yorkies of all ages and sizes, place them in foster homes for proper veterinary care, and then adopt them out to loving homes. We are a 501(c) 3 organization.
Adopting a friend
To adopt one of our dogs you must go to our website at www.yorkiefriendsrescue.com and fill out an adoption application. We will then check your references, do a home visit and you may be on your way to giving a wonderful dog his/her forever home.
