Our Featured Pet...
ELVIRA - known affectionately as "VyeVye" - needs and deserves a break. We discovered her on our doorstep 6/3/08 with her then two month old little kittens - 5 of them! She was frantically trying to protect them, having no idea where she was or why. Since then, Elvira has blossomed into a beautiful, funny and sweet young lady. If you have no other cats and no small children but the time and love she desires, visit her at Trinity PetSmart. She will steal your heart and make you laugh!r> .
OUR NEWS
IF YOU FIND ABANDONED KITTENS
Before you remove kittens from their nest, please be sure that the mother isn't just off hunting for food. Keep a close eye on the kittens, and if the mom doesn't return, get the kittens to safety. Keep them warm, (their body temp should be maintained at 102 degrees.)
GO TO OUR WEBSITE www.thelittlecatsrescue.com and click on the orphaned kitten section for instructions. Orphaned kittens are very susceptible to diarrhea leading to dehydration, anemia from fleas and upper respiratory infections. If you cannot get advice from a vet on caring for the neonates, please call us, and we will guide you. And, to help prevent all of these unwanted litters, most of whom won't make it to a safe and happy home, NEUTER THAT BOY! Spay, don't litter.
SO MANY CATS, SO FEW HOMES
Are you feeding strays or ferals? Please get them fixed! Visit our website for a list of low-cost spay neuter facilities. Remember, one female cat and her offspring can, in just seven years, produce 420,000 cats!!!! SPAY, DON'T LITTER!!!
OPEN YOUR HEART AND HOME!
If you already have one or two cats, why not consider one more - and give a precious feline a second chance for a loving and safe forever home. All ages, colors, and purrsonalities await you at The Little Cats' Rescue. We have some amazingly beautiful, healthy and happy cats and kittens just waiting for their own special forever homes.
WHO WE ARE
The Little Cats' Rescue (TLC) incorporated in 2003 as a
501(c)3 non profit. We are an effective group of volunteers who are dedicated to an aggressive spay/neuter program and the goal of NO MORE HOMELESS CATS. Our cats are always spay/neutered, FIV/FeLV tested, socialized, in good health and current on necessary vaccinations prior to adoption. Microchipping is available at our cost.
At the sanctuary, as temperment and health permit, TLC cats live freely together, uncaged. They all get lots of love, have many toys, scratching posts, hideaways, windows to watch the birds and butterflies...and premium food.

Come Visit Us!
The sanctuary is not open to the public and visits are by appointment only, once your preliminary application has been approved. We have many other adoptable cats who haven't made it onto the website due to lack of time.
