Middletown dogs are housed at the Portland Animal Shelter just over the Arrigoni Bridge from Middletown. Our office is at the Middletown Police Department at 222 Main St. in Middletown, CT. Please call us at (860)344-3298 to make an appointment to meet the dogs so arrangements can be made to have an ACO meet you at the shelter for access.
