Who We Are
We are a small municipal pound, serving the Town of Haddam. We are commited to finding good homes for the lost and abandoned dogs that come into the shelter.
HOURS:
The officers work on a part-time basis. They are on call 24 hours for emergencies. For adoptions, appointments are required.
Adopting a friend
FEES:
The cost of adoption at this time is $45.00, plus a $5.00 sale-of-pet fee for a total of $50.00 for each unaltered animal. The $45.00 fee includes a voucher for alteration and vaccinations. The new owner assumes all future veterinary fees. This fee is refundable if the animal does not work out.
