Hello, please allow us to intorduce ourselves. We are K-9 Bed & Biscuit. We are a Boarding and Rescue facility. We offer boarding, grooming and wonderful dogs and cats for adoption.
We provide a warm, safe and loving environment for every pet in our care.
We offer Boarding, Grooming and Adoptions with Improved Customer service.
All runs are indoor\outdoor; we supply the food, bowls & bedding. Boarding is in a building separate from the adoptable animals. If you would like your pet to have his regular diet, please bring his\her food in a sealed, labeled container. Pets are rotated to the play yards several times a day for 30 minute periods of time. We also offer a 20 minute walk for a minimal charge. Our grooming service offers bath & brush, haircuts, nail trims and teeth brushing.
Our Boarding hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 4:00pm and Sunday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
Our Rescue hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 12pm -5pm. Saturday from 10am -4pm. We are closed for rescue on Sunday.
Our NO KILL shelter places dogs, cats, the occasional rabbit, ferret, guinea pig, and many other critters in need of a good home.
Dog Adoption Fee is $125. This includes micro-chipping, spay\neuter, distemper and bordatella vaccinations and a collar with an ID tag.
Cat Adoption Fee is $75. This includes spay\neuter, distemper vaccination and a feline leukemia test.

Who We Are
K-9 Bed & Biscuit is a No Kill organization dedicated to finding permanent homes for ADOPTABLE dogs and cats. We assist other animal shelters by taking their "overflow" of dogs. We also accept owner surrenders, (space permitting), of adoptable cats and dogs. A $50 surrender fee is required at the time of surrender if the animal is current on vaccinations and spayed or neuterd. A $75 surrender fee is required at the time of surrender if the animal is not spayed or neutered and vaccinations are needed.(This fee applies to Dogs & Cats). This money goes toward the care of the pet while at our facility. We are strictly a NO KILL pet rescue. Rest assured that every animal in our care stays here until he or she finds a loving family. Adopting a friend
Our adoptions consist of a visitation,consultation,and application process. Dog adoptions are $125.00 and include micro-chipping, first set of vaccinations (distemper and bordatella), deworming (if needed), neuter/spay surgery, and a collar with an ID tag.
Cat adoptions are $75.00 and include first set of vaccinations (distemper), feline leukemia test, neuter/spay surgery and deworming if needed.
We offer a "Foster Program" which allows a potential adopter the opportunity to take an animal home for 7 days to see if all goes well in the pets new environment. This program includes filling out a contract , providing an address, phone number, D.L. number,leaving a signed check or credit card number and stating that the pets best interests will be met while in the potential adopters care.

We are conveniently located on Hwy 392 between Windsor and Lucerne.
From Hwy 85 go to the town of Lucerne (3 miles north of Greeley). Turn west at Hwy 392. We will be 6 miles up the road on the north side (just past CR 31).
From I-25 go to the Windsor exit, #262 (between Loveland and Fort Collins). Stay on Main street (n Windsor)going east. (Main street turns into Hwy 392). We will be approx. 6 miles from Windsor city limits on the north side of the road (just past CR 29).
