<h1>CBR Youth Connect New Leash on Life</h1>  

<They will be adopted on a first come first serve basis to homes which the dog also approves of.  


The New Leash on Life program utilizes 5 dogs from local shelters.  We pair them with 5 residents who teach them trust,manners and basic training.  We train them for 10 weeks and then place them in suitable homes.  All of the dogs are micro-chipped, crate trained, like people, come with a collar, insurance and assistance in training problems.</h3>

<!--The New Leash on Life program has been in existence for 11 years.  We acquire dogs from animal shelters and have youth at the Colorado Boys Ranch train them in basic manners.  We train 5 dogs per session.  All of the dogs are temperament tested and the instructor is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer.  Most of the dogs leave with a certificate from the AKC Good Citizen Test. If anyone is interested in a particular type of breed you can contact us and we can look for and train that dog for you. -->

<h3>Appointments are required to visit our facility.  They can be made by calling 719-384-5981 weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm.  Weekend appointments can be arranged.  !</h3>
