JOSH, happy puppy!!
If you are looking for a best friend and playmate for you and your dog, look no further, Josh is the pup for you!! He is absolutely the best dog when it comes to playing well with others. He plays gently with little dogs, nicely with dogs his size and can keep up with the big dogs too!! He is a good natured, happy go lucky boy with the best temperament. He is good with people and everyone in the dog park comments on how handsome and sweet he is. He walks up to everyone to say hello and give them a sunny smile.
Josh would be a great match for an active home with another dog to be his friend. Josh is one year, neutered, microchipped and current on shots. Please email yep6cats@aol.com if you would like to meet Josh.

Who We Are

Cockers and Kitties is dedicated to saving all breed dogs and cats from high volume Los Angeles shelters. Mom cats and Mom dogs scheduled to be euthanized immediately after their babies are adopted have a special place in my heart and I try to rescue as many "moms" as possible. When rescuing from the shelter, I choose the ones who need it most-the cat or dog who is out of time or who needs veterinary attention before s/he is adoptable. Pets need to be placed in Southern California. I do not do long distance adoptions. Because I am just one person and not a rescue group, I am not able to take owner turn ins. If you have a Cocker Spaniel or a cat who needs to find a new home, I can assist you in finding a new, loving home. Please be willing to foster your pet until a new home can be found.

Adopting a Friend
If you are interested in adopting one of my rescues, please email yep6cats@aol.com to request an adoption application. Cats and dogs may be seen by appointment, I am not currently showing at adoption events. After an application is approved, the dog or cat is brought to your home for you to meet. If all agree that the home and the pet are a good match, the adopter will be asked to sign an Adoption Contract and pay an adoption fee.

Dogs $200 to $250

Cats $125

**The adoption fee helps offset the cost of shelter bail out, spay or neuter, vaccinations, grooming, flea control, deworming, boarding and any medical treatment that is required to make the pet adoptable.

beloved mama celeste, taken from me way too soon. i don't think you know how much i truly adored you. you stole my heart and have taken a piece of me with you. perhaps you were taken to be a mama to pip, the eternal kitten. i can think of no other reason why you would be taken so young. all cats are special but you, dear celeste, were truly extraordinary.
i will love you always and miss you forever until we meet again.
