"Armani"

Armani is a handsome bouncy dog. He is very motivated to work and knows several commands. Armani would be most suitable in a home without cats. Armani is very active and will require an experienced owner that has plenty of time for him. He enjoys the company of some other dogs and prefers females. Armani is also crate trained and knows commands such as fetch, speak and play dead. For more information about Armani, please contact the Langley Animal Shelter at 604-857-5055.

"Blazer"

Blazer is a handsome dog with a huge personality. He is the star of the show and doesn't mind accepting the attention that goes with that title. He knows many commands and enjoys preforming them for a crowd. Blazer would be most suitable in a home with out young children or small critters. Cats & Kittens

OUR SHELTER IS FULL OF BEAUTIFUL FRIENDLY CATS AND KITTENS, ALL COLOURS, LONG HAIR, SHORT HAIR, YOU NAME THEM WE HAVE THEM!!

Adoption fee includes 1st vaccines, spay or neuter, tattoo or microchip & a free check-up with a veterinarian within 3 days.

Foster Homes

SHELTER IS FULL, IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BECOMING A FOSTER PARENT, NOW IS THE TIME!!!! Fostering is one of the most important things you can do to help our four legged friends have a second chance at a normal life. For information on our foster program please contact:

Volunteers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR FRIENDLY VOLUNTEERS TO JOIN US IN HELPING THE HOMELESS!!!

If you are interested in walking or just sharing companionship with our dogs, please come to the shelter for an orientation and a coordinator will teach you the ropes!



We have numerous other volunteer opportunities at our shelter. Please call our Volunteer Line for information on how you can help the animals at the shelter.

Donations

If you would like to help the animals in Langley, we are looking for new and good used items to be donated for the animals. The following items are on the animals wish list:
  • Canned Kitten food & KMR formula needed
  • Canned Dog & puppy food (Nutro Brand)
  • Natural Balance Semi Moist (Rolls)
  • Cat and Dog crates all sizes
  • Kongs, Vitabone Dog Treats
  • Dog and cat shampoos
  • Gift Certifcates to: Home Depot, Canadian Tire
Please Drop off these items at 26220 56th Avenue, Aldergrove - Your donations will benefit the well being of all the animals at the shelter!

We are accepting monthly donations and will provide an official tax receipt. If you would like us to mail you a brochure please call 604 857-5055 ext "0" with your name and mailing information.


Donate a BedWe have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. If you would like to donate a bed so another dog can sleep in proper comfort, please click here.
