Kody is a big beautiful boy looking for his forever family. Because of his size, he would do best with
older children.
Gets along very well with other dogs, uncertain about cats.
I love car rides and am quick to stick my head out of the window and show off for folks. Walks are fun and even better when I get to meet someone new. I am quite the head turner and frequently hear comments about how beautiful I am -- and I have the wonderful personality to match.
If interested in this wonderful lad, please submit an
interest application (see Valleydogs.org to download)
Although he has a long coat which will need brushing, just think of it as an opportunity for one-on-one physical bonding with this great guy.

Who Are We?
Valley Cats and Dogs is a group of professional adults who started as Valley Cats in January 2001. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill animal rescue organization who's mission is to rescue cats and dogs that have been abandoned, neglected, or otherwise placed in harm's way, to provide a sanctuary for the temporary housing of adoptable cats and dogs, and to promote and encourage the responsible care of pets, especially spaying or neutering, and vaccination of cats, dogs, kittens, and puppies. We have over 40 years of combined rescue experience and knowledge.
How you can help
We also accept other non-financial donations: cat & dog food, cat & dog toys, cat litter, collars, leashes, towels, volunteers and foster homes!
How to Adopt
Visit with us at any of the adoption locations listed above. If you are looking to adopt a dog from us and already own a dog, we encourage you to bring your current canine friend to the store to meet his/her potential new canine playmate.
Please do not bring your cat or other small animals to meet any of our cats or dogs. The environment is very stressful for cats/kittens and small animals and we do not encourage families to bring these type of pets to the store.
Valley Cats and Dogs
Our ongoing ability to rescue needy cats and dogs depends exclusively on donations and adoption fees. Your financial donation can ensure that our hard work can continue! Click the "Donate" button and help save a life today!
